The power is out all over northern Virginia (where I’m living at the current moment) and there are huge downed branches everywhere. Also, most of the street lights are out and people are idiots so thats not helpful at all. And extra bonuses to go along with all this: my phone completely died, my parents are both gone this weekend, and it’s one of the hottest weekends we’ve had in a while (and as you know no power = no AC). So I get to enjoy this little disaster all by my lonesome. 

I had to drive all the way to Pentagon City (its a long way, I live near Annandale, Virginia if you really want to see proof) to find a Starbucks that had power. But thank god for this, at least now I’ll be able to call the people that need calling. 

Keep your fingers crossed that my power will come back on really, really soon! I am so beyond stressed out right now.
